What can I expect from working with you?

A business coaching relationship is established and built on trust & professionalism.

As a coach, my role will be to establish and set my initial goals to focus on, and through regular sessions, with an objective focus, help you to increase your awareness, identify self-limiting habits and beliefs, maximise your strengths to achieve success.

More and more leaders partner with coaches to achieve success and this can look like: increased self-awareness, better time management, increased productivity, better communication, increased confidence, and many more!

I will work with you on any area you wish to focus on, bringing helpful insight and clarity that will leader to tangible outcomes for your business.

Do you offer support for teams as well as individual leaders?

Yes. Alongside 1:1 coaching, I offer workshops and facilitated sessions for leadership teams. My approach is always focused on the people in the room, desired outcomes and the wider business context, to support you in a way that is practical and relevant - grounded in real organisational challenges.

My aim is to create a space for honest reflection, fresh insights and measurable progress.

How are sessions delivered?

I am flexible and can work in whichever way is more convenient for you. Ideally, for initial meetings, I prefer to meet face-to-face, to better establish rapport and confidence for the process ahead.

Also, for long-term basis working, an occasional face-to-face meeting is beneficial for maintaining confidence in the coaching relationship and process.

How can I measure the impact of coaching?

As organisations rely on data to make decisions and see the outcomes of such decisions, it’s natural that organisations want to make every penny count.

ROI can be measured by linking coaching goals to business goals, individual goals and performance. Therefore, for example, if you went through a coaching programme to get insight and clarity on how you can improve engagement in your team, you might measure the following: engagement score, turnover & retention statistics.

For coaching on business challenges, e.g. revenue growth/sales, you might measure the performance improvement of the individual being coached.

Which package is right for me?

A shorter coaching package is best suited for immediate support on a specific challenge. For deeper support around leadership confidence, team effectiveness, employee engagement, or more complex challenges, an in-depth package will provide more value. If you’re unsure what level of support you need, we can discuss your gaols and identify the best fit.
